As a general contracting construction service, we have the privilege of finding and working with the best architects, engineers, suppliers, and trade professionals to deliver a high-quality finished product to you, the homeowner.
Starting at an early age working in the family home building business and owning my own construction business for over 20 years, I offer over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
As my profession, I grew up and made a living performing trade work, some of my specialties include plumbing, framing, finish carpentry, concrete, drywall, painting and tile work. As the owner of JDN Construction, I am careful only to choose tradespeople that reflect the kind of quality and standard that I want to deliver.

Design and build
We work with customers to provide preliminary drawings that are to be approved by customers before sending to draftsman or architect for completion. As general contractors, we make sure everything keeps moving as expected to ensure the project gets off on the right foot.
Estimate construction costs
With years of experience in the construction industry, we can accurately price a project and give customers a good idea of a timeline on a project.
Provide budget and product submittals per design specifications:
There’s no need to overpay for quality products and services. JDN Construction works with the best in the business and does high volumes of work to get the best prices for our customers.
Complete obtaining permit processes
We’ll do all the heavy lifting and get the paperwork in order, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Manage subcontractors and vendors
As general contractors, we’ll estimate when and where contracts and subcontracts need to be in order to keep your project moving on schedule.
Project management and schedule coordination through the duration of the project
We’ll be able to keep you up to date on progress and determine a solid delivery date as the project draws to completion. Working toward an agreed upon completion date is always front and center, and we’ll provide you with up-to-the-minute information, so you know exactly how your project is coming along, every step of the way.
